🍀 Ground Tallow and Coconut Soap-  contains beef tallow, organic coconut oil, lye and water….nothing extra is added. A traditional soap-based formula. Excellent for cleansing and grease removal.

🍀 Sodium Percarbonate – Sodium Percarbonate is a natural oxygen booster  that helps whiten, brighten, and remove odours. When added to hot water it reacts with and infuses all the ingredients with an enhanced oxygen boost wash.

🍀 Washing Soda – An excellent laundry ingredient. Raises alkalinity, cuts grease, and softens hard water.

🍀 Bicarb Soda – Also known as Sodium Bicarbonate. An effective cleaner used for generations as an all-purpose cleaner. Very effective in the wash.

🍀 Borax – Effective water softener and cleaning booster. It’s also a natural deodorant and helps with odours and mould.

🍀 Kaolin Clay – has natural anti-cake and absorbent properties. It absorbs grease and oil effectively binding them in the wash away from garments

Using a Top Loader

 Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of laundry soap into a jar or bucket with  hot water and shake/stir to dissolve – then as the machine is filling with water add it to the wash. The hot water releases oxygen from the sodium percarbonate into the blend/wash. Can wash on any temperature but for best results wash on warm – warm/hot cycle.

Using a Front Loader

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons directly into the drum or detergent dispenser before adding clothes.

Use warm or hot water for best results, especially on heavily soiled loads.

 

There were two simple methods:

1/ Warm/ Hot Water Wash:

The most popular method is to add a scoop of Laundry Powder to the draw or drum and wash in warm/hot water.

2/ Cold Water Wash:

The other is to first dissolve our Laundry Powder into a cup or two of very hot water, stir and add to draw or drum then wash in cold water.

Whichever method you choose, you will get outstanding results. For the best clean, use hot water as hot water releases more oxygen into the wash.

Note: Be sure to pre-test the suitability of our Laundry Powder to your application before use.

Extra Tips

   .  For heavily soiled loads, add an extra ½ to one tablespoon.

    . Store sealed in a cool, dry place.

     . Safe for most washable fabrics.

     . Avoid use on silk or wool.

 

How to use white vinegar as a fabric softener

  Add ½ cup (125 mL) of plain white vinegar to the:

• fabric softener compartment, or
• final rinse cycle.
• for larger loads you can use up to 1 cup.

 

Best type to use: 

. white vinegar (around 4–5% acidity)

. Avoid: cleaning vinegar (too strong for regular use) and coloured or apple cider vinegar (can stain)

Good for:

  🍀 hard water areas

Optional scent boost

Add essential oils directly to the finished powder.

For every 1 kg of laundry powder:

  . Use about 20–60 drops total essential oil.

  . Mix thoroughly, then let the powder sit in a sealed container for 24 hours so the scent absorbs evenly.

Good laundry blends:

 

• Lavender + lemon
• Eucalyptus + peppermint
• Sweet orange + clove
• Tea tree + lemon
• Rosemary + lavender

 

You can also add a few drops of essential oil to the vinegar before use. Just shake before pouring into the machine.
